Babangida sees Eagles in convincing win

Former Nigeria attacking winger, Tijjani Babangida, has forecasted a 3-0 win for the Super Eagles over their Ethiopian counterparts, the Walya Antelopes.
The Super Eagles take on the Walya Antelopes in a 2014 Fifa World Cup qualifying playoff in Calabar this Saturday and Babangida has told supersport.com that the Nigerians will finish off the East Africans.
But the former Ajax Amsterdam man advised the Super Eagles to focus from the start of the game to ensure they complete the double on Ethiopia's Walya Antelopes.

"They should concentrate from the start of the game and fight not to allow them (the Ethiopians) play like they did in the first leg game in Addis Ababa. I am confident that the boys will win with at least 3-0 and complete a double celebration. Ethiopia won't escape defeat if the boys put in 110 percent concentration," said Babangida, who is currently chairman of newly-promoted Glo Premier League outfit, FC Taraba.
Babangida, however, did not want to be drawn in making an opinion on the return of Chelsea centre-back, Kenneth Omeruo, who has been out of the Nigeria squad owing to a shoulder injury he suffered at the Fifa Confederations Cup in June this year.
He is confident Nigeria head coach, Stephen Keshi is "clever" to take the best decision on who plays in the heart of defence alongside Godfrey Oboabona.
"Well it depends if he played a couple of games in his club. But I know Keshi is very clever and he knows what to do with players who have recovered from injuries. So we shouldn't pressure him by saying he should use Omeruo or use Azubuike (Egwuekwe). Keshi is the coach and he knows the team better," said Babangida to supersport.com.
Nigeria defeated Ethiopia 2-1 in the first leg of the World Cup playoff in Addis Ababa.
The Nigeria versus Ethiopia match is live in SuperSport High Definition as well as SuperSport 3 and Select this Saturday.
