After a clip leaked last week, the singer reveals that the full track written for daughter Blue Ivy will be available to fans who pre-order documentary DVD Life Is But A Dream

Beyoncé has recorded a track about her daughter. God Made You Beautiful, a tribute to toddler Blue Ivy, is being given free to fans who pre-order the singer's documentary Life Is But A Dream.

The song, which has surfaced online, is a mid-tempo ballad rising to an anthemic refrain, "You took a breath / and the world was right again," Beyoncé sings. "Tears were shed / How we have been blessed ... The angels sighed in delight / They never thought they'd see such a beautiful sight."

While an excerpt from the single leaked last week, the full version is now available to those who have ordered the singer's documentary on DVD. After premiering on HBO in February, Life Is But A Dream will be available for purchase on 25 November. Directed by Beyoncé herself, the full-length feature is being bundled with a concert film, Live In Atlantic City, shot last year.
It's not clear whether God Made You Beautiful will appear on Beyoncé's upcoming new album. The 32-year-old has been working for months on the follow-up to 2011's 4. Despite issuing a few one off tracks, the Single Ladies singer toured without a new full-length and allegedly scrapped all her demos this summer to begin recording from scratch. The new LP "is crazy", Pharrell told Billboard in October. "[Beyoncé's] very particular. She's a Virgo. And she's not going to put it out until it's ready and feels like it's right to her."
