Rihanna is planning a $9.6 million renovation of her new $22 million villa in Barbados.
The 'Diamonds' singer is thought to have splashed out $22 million on the luxury mansion at One Sandy Lane earlier this month, but is already planning to give the huge beachfront property a multi-million dollar makeover.
A source told Grazia magazine: ''Rihanna wants to transform this home into the perfect place to party and relax in. It's going to be incredible.''
Among the 25-year-old star's list of desired improvements are building her very own nightclub inspired by one of her favourite hotspots, and a sex dungeon.
The insider claimed: ''She wants to model the nightclub on DSTRKT, one of her favourite London night spots.
There will be a black precious-stone bar and a mirrored stage to perform on.
''Rihanna wants to have a sex dungeon for kinky parties, as well as three themed bars - reggae, whisky and the '80s. She also wants to create a 'hangover sanctuary'.''
The 'Pour It Up' singer - who has previously holidayed at the lavish home before purchasing it - is also hosting a big party to celebrate owning her new home once construction work has been completed.
The source said: ''Rihanna is even planning on blowing $160,000 on a firework display that will light up the whole of Barbados.''
