She’s spent the last week in Los Angeles soaking up the sun. 
And Cheryl Cole looked like she wasn’t quite ready to go back to the cold British weather as she departed LAX in a pair of skimpy shorts on Wednesday. 
The shorts showed off the 30-year-old singer’s barbed wire thigh tattoo as she strode through the airport but her controversial rose tattoo on her bum and lower back was well covered up.

Toned: Cheryl displayed her tanned and toned legs in the bum skimming shorts and completed her look with a sweater and gold boots

The sunkissed beauty also wore a long sleeved light sweater and some dazzling gold ankle boots but she will have to cover up before landing in London. 
Cole’s long brown hair spilled over her shoulders while large designer sunglasses completed her look.

No doubt Cheryl will be sad to leave Los Angeles where she partied with the Kardashians at Kanye West’s concert at the Staples Center on Saturday night.
Cheryl struck up a friendship with Kanye’s fiancée Kim after jumping to the 'beautiful' reality TV star's defence after she was mocked for her weight gain during pregnancy.

Covered up: While Cheryl's barbed wire tattoo was on display, she kept her rose tattoo, which covers her bum and lower back, under wraps

And Cheryl recently mimicked Kim's white swimsuit by posting an Instagram bum-selfie or 'belfie' of herself in wearing white bikini bottoms and a white vest. 
Kim posted a picture of them both to her Instagram page while Cole did the same on her own account. 
The controversial rapper was performing in the Staples Center in front of his new fiancée.
