Eguavoen, Okocha Brothers, Siasia Sign up for Anambra All-Stars Game

Former Super Eagles’ coach, Austin Eguavoen, Emma and Austin Okocha have signed up to be part of the All-Stars game that would usher in the sports week put together by Ifeanyi Ubah to reinvigorate sports in Anambra state.
  The football match, which will pitch former Super Eagles' stars against Anambra All-Stars' team will
take place at the Nanka Stadium on November 1 as part of event for the sports week.
  The presence of the former internationals is expected to draw football lovers and fans who are eager to catch a glimpse of the former stars to the stadium re-enact skills, which made them household names in their playing days.
  Former Super Eagles captain, Okocha is expected to lead the former internationals against the Anambra team. Okocha, who was at a reception held by Ubah in the honour of the country’s former Stars recently have vowed to lead his team to a resounding victory against the Anambra team.
  Nollywood actors are also billed to take on sports journalists in Anambra to add some entertainment to the sports week.
The coaches in the states are also not left out, as a coaching course, which will be handled by seasoned coaches, Samson Siasia, John Obuh and Emma Okocha will hold from November 2 to 4. They coaches will have the opportunity of getting quality knowledge from the resource person, who are prepared to pass down the latest coaching techniques to them.
  Also, Okocha in company of the resource persons, will visit schools and give the students tip on how to become successful sportsmen without losing sight of their education. The event will be rounded off with a gala night, which will bring together former international, current players and sports stakeholders in the state.
