The Judge, Who Leaked Charlize Theron's Adoption Records On An Online Forum, Has Been BANNED! Read About His Just Punishment HERE!

the judge who leaked charlize therons adoption records has been banned
Talk about some law and order!
A judge in Arkansas recently was given a LIFETIME ban from the state bench after he released confidential information regarding an adoption that Charlize Theron was involved in!
Faulkner County Circuit Judge Mike Maggio still has to wait and see if the State Supreme Court OK's the deal slash ban that he's agreed to, but if all goes according to plan - Mike Maggio will be suspended, with pay, and will leave office immediately for the rest of 2014 before leaving his position.

The ban was prompted after Mike Maggio supposedly revealed details about Charlize's 2012 adoption, which was filed in his court division, on a Louisiana State University sports online forum. His username was geauxjudge.
When one user asked:
"Did she get herself a black baby?”
Geauxjudge replied with a "Yep."
Charlize was asked back in May about the story, and she somehow was able to display a cool and even attitude toward this judge's liberal use of confidential court information by saying:
“This stuff happens and you try not to let it get to you. That’s on him. It reflects on him.”
This isn't the first time that Judge Mike Maggio has been in hot water. This deal was actually agreed to by the judge only after the disciplinary board agreed to not look into an issue regarding the source of a large chunk of his campaign contributions.
He released a statement on Wednesday that said:
“I ask that you do not define me by the sanction levied today, but instead look at my record of presiding over one of the busiest dockets in the state.”
Kind of hard to ignore a judge blatantly breaking the law, and revealing information he had no right to share.
We're thinking he got off kind of easy with just the stripping of his judge robes - he may have ended up in jail without the deal he made.
Still, we're glad for Charlize that at least SOME justice was served!
