The happy couple stepped out Thursday at the Dream for Future Africa Foundation Gala, in which honored Vogue Italia Editor-In-Chief Franca Sozzani, in their first public appearance since West popped the question earlier in the week.

Sources close to the duo told TMZ that they plan to draw up a prenup before saying "I do."
"This is not the mother of all prenups, but it's going to have to be pretty close," celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder, who managed the splits of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Martin Scorsese
"They both have careers that could become more valuable, and each one could claim the other one helped their career."

The glowing bride-to-be, who showed off her post-baby body in a curve-hugging white ensemble, gushed to E! News on the red carpet at the gala about how delighted she is about the latest happenings in her life.
"I'm extremely happy. Its where I am at in my life and I hope people can see that because it's what's going on with me right now," Kardashian said.
The 33-year-old reality startlet also dished details on her lavish 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz ring, explaining the stunning piece of jewelry has not left her finger.
"It's been on all the time," she told E!. "It's been on when I'm at the gym. It's been on everywhere."
However, she did make one tiny exception for her tiny bundle of joy, "I took it off and put it on her," Kardashian said about introducing the diamond to the couple's daughter, North West.
"We brought it to her right after and told her."
West proposed to his girlfriend on her 33rd birthday Monday at San Francisco's AT&T Park arranging for the Jumbotron at the stadium to read "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" while a 50-piece orchestra played Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" and Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo and West's "Knock You Down."
