Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow braves the cold to flash her midriff on a night out in London.
The 41-year-old actress was supporting close pal Amanda De Cadenet who was launching her new show The Conversation UK at The Arts Club.
Pretty Gwyneth - who sported black trousers and a revealing patterned crop top - was also joined by models Daisy Lowe, 24, and Sophie Dahl, 36, at the posh private members club.
This, of course, is just what we need to see as we are just about preparing ourselves to head into the party season before Christmas and New Year.
Yes, we know, we're not quite there yet, but we're never going to get those abs in time for December to make us a little better about stuffing our faces with loads of delicious treats.
Opening up about her fitness regime with her personal trainer Tracy recently, the star told The Telegraph: "Still, when I first started working with Tracy, finding motivation was hard.
"She advised me to think of exercise as an automatic routine, no different from brushing your teeth, to avoid getting distracted. Now it is part of my life."
Well, we wish we could say the same Gwyneth. Unfortunately, plonking ourselves on the sofa in front of the X Factor every weekend is a big part of our life. We know, it's bad.
