Miley Cyrus: Investigated By Mexican Authorities Over Fake Buttocks & Flag Whipping

Miley Cyrus isn’t adverse to a bit of wreckless run ins, but this time she really has landed herself in hot water and all because of her fake bottom and a Mexican flag. Obviously if Miley was going to get in trouble with the law it was always going to be over something totally bizarre like a prosthetic bum, so we shouldn’t really be too surprised that her plastic derriere is being investigated by Mexican authorities. Well, kind of.
During a Mexican Independence Day concert on Tuesday night, one of Miley’s dancers insensitively whipped the Wrecking Ball singer’s behind with the Mexican flag, which obviously wasn’t going to go down so well with the people of Mexico. The 21-year-old could now face fines of $1,200 for her actions and could even be detained for up to 36 hours for desecrating the nation’s flag. A video of the twerkaholic reportedly surfaced online following her gig in Monterrey.

Nuevo Leon lawmaker Franciso Trevino explained that in the clip: “They are hitting her with the flag, or cleaning her backside. It's a lack of respect,” he said. "The interior ministry must sanction the singer Miley Cyrus for desecrating the flag." E also called for authorites to oversee all of her future
performances in the country. According to local reports, Miley also angered fans by spitting water at them, which apparently quickly turned from being the most exciting thing ever to just a little bit gross.

Something tells us Miley may have had an inkling that se knew a few feather’s would be rustled with this one. Is this just ANOTHER shock tactic gone wrong? Are we shocked?
