UNDERGOING THE PROCEDURE: Janice appeared on new show Botched [E!]

For the former America's Next Top Model judge suffered a severe case of skin rippling, after her three decade old implants began to sag.
Inviting the cameras to capture her journey of a new breast augmentation, the reality show addict appears on new E! show Botched.
The ex I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle cat explained she went under the knife all those years ago because "Sylvester Stallone paid... so why not".
However, despite docs typically recommending their patients remove and change implants every 10 to 15 years, Janice had not replaced hers for over 30 years.
The footage sees Janice visiting Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow, whose new programme helps people with dodgy ops that many plastic surgeons have previously deemed unfixable.

Yet the 59-year-old aesthetic medicine worshipper – who has also gone under the scalpel for a facelift, browlift, tummy tuck and fillers – was more concerned over the painkillers she might crave before and after the reassignment procedure.

As a former addict, the mum-of-two grew agitated by the fact she was forbidden from taking anxiety drugs to calm her nerves.

Once the surgery began, Dr Dubrow found that the implants were gooey from a micro-rupture.
Worryingly, two large masses were also discovered that could have potentially been cancerous.

THE AFTERMATH: Janice is connected to tubes to drain her blood [E! ]

At Janice’s post-op check-in, Dr Dubrow is shocked to see the self-titled 'world's first supermodel' had risked infection by removing her own dressing and drain, as well as appearing totally out of it.
He declared: "In my twenty-five years of being a board-certified plastic surgeon, Janice is by far the most difficult patient I've ever had. She is her breast's worst enemy."
Yet undeterred, Janice later celebrated her new bod by stripping naked.
