Defensive midfielder Gabriel Reuben who has
missed the Nigerian National selection due a long-term groin injury has
yet to play for Scottish club Kilmarnock since he moved from Kano
Pillars early this year.
This return to full fitness of the Super Eagle will earn him a place in the squad of Stephen Keshi to face
Ethiopia in World Cup Brazil 2014 Playoffs' second leg tie and then a friendly against Italy in London.
Stephen Keshi could not help masking his pride over the presence of the midfielder in his group.
"I am very happy that Gabriel has returned to full fitness. It's being a while we had him on the team. We gave him time to recover fully from a nagging groin injury and now they he is fully back and fit, let's see what he brings to the team," Keshi said.
