Michael Jackson was in a "penniless" in the run up to his last tour and in a lot of debt, Dr Conrad Murray alleged.
"When I was told by AEG that Michael was so penniless that he could
not afford the house that he live in, he could not afford toilet paper
to
wipe himself, he could not afford popsicles for his
children....despite that, I stayed with him because I wanted to help
him."
In his first post-prison interview in the UK, Dr Murray, said he had
not received "a single dime" of the salary the pop star had promised him
and claimed Jackson had been in serious debt prior to his death.
