Buhari to Jonathan: You're bent on pushing Nigeria into anarchy

Almost every day, the Jonathan Presidency seems intent on demonstrating for all to see that they have mastered the art of how to push a nation into chaos within the shortest time possible. The early morning attack by security operatives on the APC data centre in Lagos on Saturday November 22nd is one such display in a growing chain of abuse and violation of the constitution and political rights of the people. It is a reckless act that must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.

Alleged Jewish sign on new N100 notes: Reuben Abati replies MURIC

Presidential spokesman Reuben Abati, has reacted to criticisms leveled against President Jonathan by the Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, over an alleged Jewish sign on the yet to be released N100 notes. The Director of MURIC in a statement said that Pres. Jonathan was attempting to turn Nigeria into a Zion state through the introduction of a Jewish sign on the yet to be introduced N100 centenary commemoration note. Nine cultist arrested in Rivers state

The Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform the public that in response to two separate distress calls, nine cultists were arrested. On 24/11/2014 at about 02:00AM a distress call indicated planned battle of supremacy between De-Well and Degbam cults groups at Okwuzi Community in Onelga.
The clash was averted by the swift action of the police where seven suspects were arrested. They are Chinazo Amaechi, Nna Chisom, Solomon Ossai, Regimus Igwelatu, Monday Jackson, Chinonso Fordima and Tony Amanya while others fled.

PDP Senators initiate move to impeach Jonathan

Nigeria Senate 
Some Peoples Democratic Party’s senators on Monday started impeachment moves against President Goodluck Jonathan over what they described as the high level of impunity and corruption allegedly being condoned by his administration.
Investigations by our correspondent revealed that the PDP senators had started compiling impeachable offences against the President.
An All Progressives Congress member of the Senate, who confided the development in our correspondent on the condition of anonymity, explained that his aggrieved PDP colleagues in the upper chamber had started reaching out to the opposition senators.

A student of Computer Science Department of University of Calabar name withheld almost lost his sight after a lecturer known as Chris Otu in the Department of Economics, University of Calabar stabbed him with his-car key during lecture hour.

Another military helicopter crashes near FUT in Yola

According to Sahara Reporters, another military helicopter belonging to the Nigerian Airforce crashed in Damare, near the Federal University of Technology in Yola, Adamawa State, around the same spot where the last helicopter crashed on November 14th. The military is yet to say anything about the crash and no word yet if there are casualties. Details later
