R KELLY is being sued by his former manager after the singer allegedly failed to pay the first monthly payment of a $1.3 million (approx £650,000) settlement that was agreed when the two went their separate ways.
Winkler & McDavid Ltd, which according to the lawsuit, managed Kelly until the end of 2013, says the artist is required to make payments on the first of every month through January 2016, based on a settlement
