Fight At Foursquare Church In Lagos Over Plot To Arrest Pastor

The dispute between the Headquarters of Foursquare Gospel Church and one of its parishes has deepened. It took fresh twist on Sunday when policemen from Zone 2, Onikan, Lagos, stormed Livingspring Tabernacle in Ikorodu on the outskirts of the state, to arrest its senior pastor, Rev. Isaac Adeyemi.

Ebola: LASG visits Synagogue Church

 
The Lagos State Government and some federal delegates on Sunday paid a visit to the General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet Temitope Joshua.
The visit was said to be aimed at sensitising the church and its membership on the menace of the deadly Ebola virus.

Aguilar was reportedly trying to pose with a loaded gun. While juggling the gun and the camera for the selfie the weapon went off.

At least 44 people were killed in and near the Syrian capital Sunday in regime airstrikes and rebel mortar fire, reports from an anti-regime monitoring group and state media said. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain based monitor, said at least 32 people were killed in air raids on two rebel-held towns near Damascus.
Seventeen were killed in Douma, northeast of the capital, and 15 in Kfar Batna, to the east, said Observatory head Rami Abdel-Rahman. A woman and child were killed in each of the towns.

Bitter Kola Possible Cure For Ebola ––US-base Nigerian Doctor

Popular Nigerian doctor based in the United States, Prof. Maurice Iwu, has claimed that Garcinia kola, better known as Bitter Kola in West Africa, may be a possible drug against the deadly Ebola virus.

Bitter Kola, a staple health fruit in Nigeria, was reported to have stopped the virus at test tube experiments.
An Inquirer Washington Bureau reported Iwu, who made this discovery, as saying that the much needed cure could be sourced from the same African forests where the disease was identified.
