Coulson: I blame lawyers for not telling me hacking was illegal

Former News of the World editor Andy Coulson, from Kent, has blamed lawyers for not telling him phone hacking was illegal in his court bid to avoid the harshest jail sentence.
Coulson, 46, faces up to two years in prison after he was found guilty last week of conspiring to intercept voicemails at the News of the World (NotW) following a marathon trial at the Old Bailey.
In mitigation, his lawyer Timothy Langdale QC said: “Despite the seriousness, the facts of the case do not justify the maximum penalty.”
He said it was clear from the trial that Coulson was not alone in being ignorant of the fact that phone hacking was illegal.

Pastor Who Runs Ritualists Church In Lagos Has Been Caught

Pastor Ernest Nwankwo, the General Overseer of Holy Family Ministry, busted for ritualist acts in the Ogolonto area of Ikorodu, Lagos, last week, has finally been arrested by the Nigerian police.

Pastor Nwankwo escaped and has been on the run for about a week, following the arrest of a female member of his church, Mrs Rosemary Chukwu, who was caught in the process of moving her neighbour's 7years old son to the pastor for alleged ritual purpose.
