Nigeria: Coscharis Chairman in Fresh Outburst

Chairman of Coscharis Motors Cosmos Maduka again expressed outburst yesterday at the House of Representatives investigative panel on the purchase of armoured cars valued at N255 million by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

A Judge of the Sharia Court in Maiduguri, Alkali Mohammed Suguli has been dismissed by the Borno State Judicial Service Commission after he was found guilty of corruption.

Suguli, a Judge of Yerwa Civil Sharia Court I, Maiduguri, who was pronounced guilty of bribery and corruption, was said to have "unlawfully sold inherited property."

The expulsion of Suguli was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary of the Borno State Judicial Service Commission, Baba Goni Adam.
