The 22-year-old TOWIE star shared a picture of her recreating Kim's pose on Twitter to show off the results of her hard work in the gym.

She captioned the photo: "My Squat Challenge finally paid off!"

Lucy, who started up a successful exercise website earlier this year, has been trying her best to lose weight following an over indulgent trip to Las Vegas last month.

Not that she needed to.

Writing in her new! magazine this week, the star admitted that she is now back in gym mode and has so far lost over half the weight put on.

"Last week I went to the gym four times. They were only half an hour sessions with my personal trainer but they were very intense.

"I'm down to 8st 12lbs, so I've lost the 4lbs of the 7lbs I put on in Vegas – I'm halfway there!

"As you saw in this week's TOWIE, me and the girls did a 'twerking' exercise class which was hilarious.

"I wasn't that good at it but it's a fun thing to do with your gal pals."
