Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery — Experts Speak

Kim has said on Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she has tried Botox and Fraxel, a skin firming laser. But she hasn't had any butt implants.A new source tells OK! magazine's December 16 issue: "while her butt is all hers, she did have the area between her rear and her thighs [worked on], so that she has definition there without working out. She had the tip of her nose shaved off years ago, and she's had numerous procedures done to flatten her stomach — two weeks after [giving birth] she started getting CoolSculpting to freeze the belly fat."
A source close to Kim tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that this report is "offensive and false. Kim doesn't even know what CoolSculpting is!"
But the mag continues to claim Kim has had work done. Kim said on her blog she wanted to get a breast lift after having kids, and the OK! source said she's already had one…or two.
"She did some breast augmentation procedure, and I think she did it a second time as well," the source told OK! They add: "Kim was getting Botox every couple months when she was 20 and 21," a friend told OK!
Dr. Douglas Taranow, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon based in New York City who has not treated Kim says: "Kim's nose is much thinner than in earlier photos, leading me to believe she has had it altered."

"The smart stars start early, with very small procedures that contour and subtly reshape. By the time they're in their late 30s and 40s, no one is the wiser," a source told OK! magazine.
Clinical psychologist Dr. Patricia Farrell offers her expert opinion: "It's self-deception at its very worst. They are obsessed with youth and beauty and will do whatever it takes to achieve the look they seek. They fail to see that, at some point, it's obvious."
Kim's rep had no comment.
